By using amzblade.com, requesting a free sample report, or buying a paid report, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What AmzBlade is

AmzBlade is an independent research service. We produce data-led market reports about product niches on Amazon.com, built from publicly visible Amazon search results. Our reports are made for Amazon sellers, affiliate marketers, bloggers and product reviewers, dropshippers, and e-commerce researchers — anyone who needs to know what sells before committing time or money. We offer the following:

• Free sample report. A complete full report on a pre-selected Amazon niche — the same format as a paid report — so you can evaluate the quality before spending anything. A direct, instant download from Gumroad. One per customer.
• Single report — $6.99. One report on any niche from our ready-made library. Includes a PDF analysis (demand, competition, enter/avoid verdict, top picks) plus two Excel datasets: Featured sort (competitive landscape) and Best Sellers sort (top-selling products by volume). Instant download via Gumroad.
• Bundle — from $14.99. A pack of 3 or 5 reports from our library at a discount. Same contents as a single report per niche. Instant download via Gumroad.
• Custom 3-market analysis — $19.99. Submit 3 Amazon search links of your choosing. We produce a full report (PDF + two Excel datasets) for each, post them as a private single-purchase download on Gumroad, and email you the link — usually within 24 hours of your submission. You pay only once the work is ready.

2. License — what you can and can't do with a report

• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the report for your own research and decisions, including inside your business.
• You may not resell, redistribute, republish, rent, or repackage our reports — in whole or in substantial part — as your own product or otherwise.
• You may quote a short excerpt for legitimate purposes (e.g., a social media post or article) provided you credit AmzBlade.
• The written analysis, layout and presentation of each report are our intellectual property. The raw data points (prices, ratings, reviews, etc.) reflect publicly visible Amazon listings and belong to their respective owners.

3. Free sample report — fair-use limit

The free sample report is limited to one per customer. We may refuse, delay or stop free downloads that appear abusive — for example, a single user claiming it from many accounts or automated submissions.

4. Payments

Paid reports are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record (including for any applicable VAT or sales tax). By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's terms. We never see or store your card details — only payment confirmation and the name and email you provide.

5. Delivery

• Ready-made reports and bundles — instant download after payment, via Gumroad.
• Custom 3-market analysis ($19.99) — after you submit your 3 Amazon search links, we check them and run the full analysis, then post the finished reports as a private, single-purchase download on Gumroad and email you a notification with the link. You only pay once the work is ready, and you download instantly after paying. We aim to have this ready within 24 hours of your submission.
• Free sample report — instant download from Gumroad, just like any ready-made report.

6. Refunds

Because the reports are digital products delivered immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales are final once the report has been delivered. We will, however, refund:

• If a report you bought is corrupted, won't download or won't open, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• If the report you received is materially different from what was described, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
• If a duplicate or accidental payment was processed.

To request a refund, email info@amzblade.com within 7 days of purchase. We may also issue goodwill refunds at our discretion.

7. Accuracy and no guarantees of outcome

Each report reflects a snapshot of Amazon's publicly visible search results on the date the report was produced. Amazon's listings, prices, rankings and sales figures change continuously; we cannot guarantee that any specific number remains current after that snapshot.

Reports are research and observations only. They are not promises, recommendations or guarantees of any business outcome — including, but not limited to, whether a product will sell, how much it will earn, whether an affiliate campaign will succeed, or whether a market will remain favourable. Any decisions you make based on a report are entirely your own responsibility.

8. Not professional advice

AmzBlade reports are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or business-strategy advice. They are market research. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making significant business or financial decisions.

9. Amazon — independence and your responsibility

AmzBlade is an independent research service. We are not endorsed by or officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon" and "Amazon.com" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc., used here only descriptively to refer to the platform our research covers. AmzBlade participates in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program — we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through links on this site, at no extra cost to you.

Our reports read information that is publicly visible on Amazon search pages. You are solely responsible for any actions you take with respect to Amazon — including selling, listing, sourcing, advertising or affiliate marketing — and for your own compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service.

10. Acceptable use of this website

• Don't try to interfere with the site or service (e.g., automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, attempts to bypass our anti-abuse limits).
• Don't submit obviously fake, malicious or unlawful content through our forms.
• Don't use AmzBlade or its reports to facilitate fraud, harassment or any illegal activity.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone violating this section, without refund.

11. No warranty — service "as is"

The website and the reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmzBlade's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a report or the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific report in question (which, for a full report, is presently $6.99). For free reports, our liability is limited to providing a corrected report or terminating the free delivery.

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption or loss of opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AmzBlade and its operator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of a report (including any unauthorised redistribution or resale), your breach of these terms, or your activities on Amazon based on or related to a report.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page; material changes will be flagged at the top with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in full force. These terms (together with the Privacy Policy) form the entire agreement between you and AmzBlade relating to the service.
